Aidan Seekings is a Sports Massage practitioner at the clinic.
Aidan works closely alongside senior sports therapist Jay Sheridan as part of the clinic’s rehabilitation and performance team.
He enjoys working with a wide variety of patients, from athletes and active individuals through to people struggling with the aches and pains that can develop from desk work.
Aidan has experience supporting athletes at different levels of sport. In 2025, he treated members of the Women’s Samoan rugby team, and in 2026 worked with the Over 75s Scottish Hockey Team. He also assists with massage and pitchside first aid support for the Under 16s teams at Rushden & Higham United FC and occasionally supports senior squads when needed.
Alongside sports massage, Aidan also provides cupping therapy, which can be used to help reduce muscular tension, improve tissue movement and support recovery.
He also uses the top spec gait analysis equipment at the clinic, helping assess walking and running mechanics as part of injury prevention and rehabilitation programmes.
In addition, Aidan works as Ashgrove Health’s IDD Therapy technician, supporting patients undergoing non-surgical spinal decompression treatment for disc-related back and neck pain.
