Chloe is a specialist IDD therapist at Ashgrove Health Clinic in Higham Ferrers. She helps patients with chronic back pain, disc issues, and sciatica using gentle, non-invasive spinal decompression techniques.
Chloe graduated with a degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation, and has since worked in both clinic settings and pitch-side for a rugby club. She has also been involved with the UK’s Strongest Man event, providing pre- and post-event treatments to competitors.
Chloe has worked with athletes from various sports, including rugby, boxing, swimming, and gymnastics. She’s also participated in all of these sports and understands the physical challenges and injuries athletes face.
Her big passion though is cheerleading. These days cheerleading is very athletic, it’s not just about pompoms! Her love of the sport led her to train as a coach so she can share her enthusiasm and knowledge with others.
Do ask: Where are you going on holiday this year (she loves exploring new places)
Don’t ask: What football team do you cheerlead for – that’s a different sort of cheerleading, not what Chloe does.
