Damian is a qualified osteopath at The Ashgrove Health Clinic in Higham Ferrers. Helping with back pain, posture issues, and movement limitations through hands-on, evidence-based care.
Damian began his career in a dental laboratory after completing a degree in Dental Engineering. His early work as a dental technician helped him develop excellent hands-on skills and a strong eye for detail. He later realised these strengths would form a natural foundation for his future in osteopathy.
After moving to London in 2010, Damian felt increasingly drawn to a role where he could work more closely with people and make a direct difference to their wellbeing. This led him to the London School of Osteopathy, where he studied for five years and graduated in 2025 with a BOst Hons.
During his training he developed particular interest in visceral osteopathy, cranial techniques, and high velocity thrust methods (clicking). He has worked with many age groups including young athletes, pregnant women, and older adults. These varied experiences helped him build a sensitive, adaptable approach to treatment.
Damian believes that every person deserves care tailored to their individual needs. Sometimes this involves gentle, calming techniques, and at other times a more direct and focused approach.
Outside of work, Damian enjoys spending time with his family and has a strong passion for films – especially those based on historical events. He also likes reading books about nutrition, wines and healthy eating.

Don’t ask: Can we talk about politics? It’s really not his favourite topic!
