Spondylosis

Spondylosis is a general term used to indicate degeneration in the spine. The term can refer to the joints of the spine, the vertebrae and the discs.

Sometimes, either due to age or previous injuries, the joints in your neck or back can suffer from wear and tear. This can cause a variety of pains that vary from stiffness to sharp pains and aches.

Even though wear and tear is a natural part of the aging process, appropriate treatment can help maintain a degree of mobility.
