IDD Therapy
Rachel served in the RAF for 15 years as a Survival Equipment Fitter and Physical Training Instructor. Towards the end of her career she specialised in exercise rehabilitation and completed her rehab training at the old Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre at the famous Headley Court.
Rachel works at our studio in Midland Road, Higham Ferrers, where she runs the spinal decompression IDD machine and does gait analysis assessments.
