After running her first Marathon in 2013 and suffering from some injuries along the way, Tina used massage therapy to help her recover and achieve her more running goals. Shortly after that she decided to resign from her job in the corporate world and turn her hands to Sports Therapy. She is a Level 4 Sports Therapist, and is also trained in Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stones Massage and Pregnancy Massage.
As if that’s not enough, Tina is also a qualified England Athletics running coach. She treats many runners, as well as people from all other walks of life. She enjoys running, swimming (both in a pool and in local lakes and rivers) and loves walking her dog Max.
