Steven is one of the Directors of the Clinic. He turned his efforts to osteopathy in 1995 after a lengthy career in the Royal Marines, graduating in 2000. He has since specialised in Frozen Shoulder problems and Gait Analysis, and until recently was a lecturer in osteopathy at Oxford Brookes University.
Claire is our other Director of the Clinic. She took up osteopathy in 1995, after several years practising sports massage. She specialises in treating young children, including babies, but has also become very successful in treating animals. Initially her most regular animal patients were horses and in 2009 she treated the British Working Equitation Team in Portugal. More recently she decided to stop treating horses and now specialises in treating exotic animals such as camels, alpaca, buffalo, guinea pigs and birds. We’ve not yet put any videos up of Claire, but if you look up animal osteopath on You Tube the videos there are guaranteed to make you smile! Most people are surprised to know that Claire actually enjoys treating people just as much as she enjoys treating the animals!
